We didn’t have a chance to go in here and so this entry is filed under the SUP-it list but it looked like a great location as it had the diversity of Findhorn Bay for a calmer SUP or the Moray Firth with a bit more wave action. The car park made access relatively problem free to access the beach which had these gorgeous wee bathing boxes on them. It was a relatively steep decline into the water so caution needs to be exercised when launching, the water was a little more gradual towards the mouth of the bay where there was more sand. The sound of the pebbles as the waves shoaled them against each other was really lovely and a wee bit different.
